Not a whole lot happened this past weekend, Luke hasn't been feeling well so we decided not to do much ! Saturday we went back to Kings Park and made our way around the whole park. Turns out we were pretty close to making it around the first time we went but it was still enjoyable. During our walk we passed 4 different weddings!! All were very pretty and really small . The landscape is so pretty and there are so many great spots around the park I can see how it would be a popular destination. My only concern with getting married there would be all the visitors walking around making it possible for anyone to see and potentially interrupt such a special day. I will admit to hanging around and sneaking a peak at a few of them :)
Sunday we lounged on the couch for several hours before deciding to walk around the mall. It was nice to get out and about AND we found a kiosk that sold American candy :D Luke picked out a small bag of Jolly Ranchers and I got a 3 Musketeer and a Reese's... total for all 3... $15.50... but it was worth it :) We also came across another Mexican fast food type restaurant called Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill. I tried the crunchy beef tacos and Luke had the chicken soft tacos and Mexi crinkles (which are french fries with a lot of seasoning) and I loved it! My tacos were pretty plan, just beef and cheese with a special ranch sauce but they were amazing and taste nothing like Taco Bell or Bueno. Luke on the other hand didn't like his, he found ways to nit pick at his food and find reasons to complain... Right now he is very anti anything that isn't American but don't tell him I said that ; ) Looks like I will be going back to eat by myself lol .
